SHIPPING UPDATE

Please note our fulfillment centre is doing everything they to stay safe and healthy along with safely processing and shipping your order. As a result of these unfortunate circumstances we are in right now, there will be minor shipping delays. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped during this time.

To ensure stock availability, your payment has been authorized and processed. Once your order is prepared for shipment, we will send you an e-mail with a link to track your order. Please note all orders will be shipping via FedEx SmartPost. Customer service will reach out if any items in your order are unavailable.

RETURN POLICY

Nana Jacqueline offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns that are postmarked after 14 days from the delivery date will not be refunded and automatically shipped back to you after it arrives at our shipping facility.

Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund. The refund amount does not include shipping costs for return.

To initiate a return, please click here. You will be able to specify what item(s) you are returning and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.

All item(s) must be in new condition with all original tags attached and packaging that the item(s) came in, i.e. boxes, lingerie bags, and poly bags. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and void of any alterations. If the item(s) do not meet all of these conditions upon return, we are unable to refund the returned item(s). Nana Jacqueline reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be fully processed. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any damage and begin the refund process immediately. You will receive a notification by email that we started the refund process.

After your return has been fully processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment that was used to complete the purchase. We will inform you via email once the refund process has started. In some cases, you may receive store credit.

What is the expiration date for my store credit from my return?
If you have received store credit for a return, there is a one-year period (from the issue date) prior to expiration.

How to return item(s) for domestic orders?
We offer a pre-paid USPS shipping label for any domestic orders in the U.S. which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please email us at info@nanajacqueline.com if you would like to return any (items) and we will provide you with a pre-paid USPS shipping label.

Instructions for Domestic Returns:
1. Include item(s) to be returned.
2. Place the pre-paid shipping label on package. (Please let us know if you prefer to use your own shipping label.
3. Drop off your return package at your local USPS or schedule a pickup

How to return item(s) for international orders?
Pre-paid shipping labels are unavailable for international orders. If you have placed an international order, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, including duties and taxes.   

EXCHANGES

Nana Jacqueline offers exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. In order to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

FINAL SALE

All sale items, jewelry and discounted items using promotional codes are not eligible for returns refunds, store credit or exchange. Any Final Sale items that are sent back will be automatically shipped back to you. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Nana Jacqueline does not offer price adjustments at this time.
